When you place an order or create an account, we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, phone number, delivery address, and, where you provide it, an email address and precise location for delivery. When you sign in with a one-time code, we store your phone number to keep you signed in.
Your information is used to process and deliver orders, process payments, respond to support requests, and maintain your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile money and online payments are processed by our payment partners. Katlog does not store your full payment card or mobile money PIN details.
You can review your order history from your account page, and request deletion of your customer account at any time from the account page or by contacting us directly.
